In commemoration of the 55th anniversary of The People’s Flag Show (1970), Judson Memorial Church presents a dynamic exhibition of flag-inspired works, accompanied by performances and public programs that reflect on the enduring symbolism of the flag in cultural and political expression.

In my recent work, sculptures have taken the form of bold, large-scale flags, pennants banners and bunting. In keeping with my low-carbon philosophy my artwork explores themes of recycling, repurposing, over consumption and the vocabulary of public political display.
